Cancelling Your Account

We are sorry that you are choosing to cancel your membership account. Below are the steps to cancelling your account.

1. Log in to your membership account. Choose ‘Menu’ -> ‘Membership’
2. From the ‘My Memberships’ section, choose ‘cancel’ and fill out the form to cancel your Membership”.
3. If you are entitled to a refund, we will contact you via email regarding your refund amount and format accordingly.
