Hello Friends,

welcome to February
and finding discernment.

Yin Repose

Welcoming in the energies of a new month, February asks us to find resourcefulness to see us through the cold of Winter as we transition soon to Spring;  harvest a positive mindset to keep discovering what lights us up and a willingness to be resilient in our disciplines.

February calls for us to deepen our levels of discernment and find ways to integrate more strongly our trust in intuitive guidance. “Discernment and making judgments are not the same thing, yet the subtleties that exist between the two states are easily confused by most people. Discernment for the dedicated spiritual seeker is one that devotes themselves to the pursuit of truth above personal comfort, which is actually the nature of true and accurate discernment. Discernment requires that we must let go of an obsolete or inaccurate belief system that we have, when we first awaken to the realization that it was not accurate. This means as we seek truth and discernment in situations, we have to be willing to be wrong and learn what needs to be done to change our beliefs, so that we can be more aligned in truth.” – Lisa Renee

Tonight’s class will be focused on the Liver and Gallbladder meridians, our Wood element; associated with Spring and renewal. The gallbladder is seen as a pivot, a turning point for new beginnings and new stages of life. As we move through this meridian pathway, we stimulate detoxification, access the ability to make critical decisions, fortifying our determination, confidence and courage. Ultimately, clearing the way to find cohesive and balanced discernment.

Classes are £8 drop in or you can book via Repose if you are a member.
